Yes or no for round rug? I thought it would look more cozy and open up the space. The previous rectangular rug was kind of in the way when entering the house. Thoughts? Different positioning perhaps? Any other ideas to improve decor? Thinking some new wall art and plant pots with a Boho style. Thanks!

Instantly looks better with the round rug, very pleasing to the eye and doesn’t block off the space.

Round rug is nice. Color is flat.
Change the color, keep the shape.
Something about the round rug appeals to me but something else about it does the opposite. Maybe the issue is that all of the furniture is pushed against the wall and the tv situation is confusing
Med to dark blue always goes so well with grey flooring and furniture.

Is that your tv on the wall to the right of the window? If not, what is that black box?
Rectangular is the one, but it needs some color and it needs to be a whole lot bigger.
