My brown is wood grain. Vanity is painted forest green. You could add a lot of character with a shower curtain, bath mat, and a few accessories.

You could bring a rich warm reddish brown in, or black, add some texture, make it lux! It has a a good MCM high end vibe, could go with a nice sculpture tonadd movement.
Try medium or dark teal for the walls. If possible, replace the cabinet doors with wood (or paint them a darker shade of the wall color). Update accessories with black or brushed brass. For the shower curtains, rugs, towels: go for a neutral boho style.
I have practically the exact same tiles in my bathroom, and that combo worked well for it. I needed to add lighting since the walls were so much darker. (Highly recommend GE Reveal LED bulbs for a vanity – they’ll offset any paint color and are super flattering.)

The shower tile is a non issue since it will be mostly covered by a shower curtain. That just leaves the floor. Since brown is a neutral, you can choose any colors out there. I would go with a variety of green with blue and a pop of color from your favorite flower. This would imitate the colors in nature.
But really, the easiest way is to pick a piece of artwork you love and choose colors from that.

Find a shower curtain you love. Then rugs and towels to match. I think navy or blue shades would look good. You could also do a lavender.
