As a good Latina, there’s always going to be drama because we have to keep our “Chaim shelanus” on theirs toes.🤭
Some days you wake up in a mood… no reason, just belly-dancing emotions. 💃
So naturally… I slow cooked this French roast. Two pounds of comfort, onions, garlic, a little silan for sweetness, and a splash of wine — because drama deserves flavor.
Season, brown, dump in the slow cooker, and let it work its magic for 6 hours. Meanwhile… I got my mood under control (mostly) and let the aroma do the talking.
And yes… Chaim sheliii — @joy_light_4ever enjoyed it. Emily said it’s my best recipe so far. ✅
One table. Two cultures. Mucho amor.
