I feel like you could recreate this for cheaper with a can of cream of mushroom soup, some beef broth (low sodium, to mix with the soup), and 2 packs of any brand of ravioli.
Rana, back in the day, was really quite excellent quality. It seems based on many recent reviews and by a variety of different reviewers, their products are not uniform in quality. Your own previous reviews have been less than stellar.
I haven't tried their products recently, but I used to very frequently purchase a wide variety of their refrigerated ready to cook ( heat or boil) offerings: raviolis, tortellini, various tomatoes, pesto sauces, fresh pasta etc. They were very convenient and well prepared, great for when you were short on time to prepare a full-blown meal.
They have since expanded their product offerings, which is great to see.
