I have been watching African movies alot lately and I noticed that African movies featuring african local issues tend to hit 1 million views within days while other African movies with western issues get less views thats my observations, this to me indicates viewers especially in diaspora which constitutes majority of the viewers want to see their homegrown issues and problems reflected in African ways by African actors/actresses but unfortunately their is a disconnect between the film makers and their viewers, you see Africans dont want to see Juliet Roberts, Tom Cruise, Brad Pit, Angelina Jolie or even Eddy Murphy wanna bee, they want to see Africans with hairs and African styles so Lagos actresses PLEASE stop this kopi kopi especially the fake hairs and be WHO YOU ARE, thats what people want to see not pretenders. BE ORIGINAL PLEASE IN SHAPE AND CHARACTER.
