A french pastry treat with a price you can’t beat starts the day – it’s never too early for delicious desserts! Will this rain ever stop?! Noah takes charge and installs the wooden beam above the hallway and bookshelf. It takes some time but in the end it looks wonderful – I’m so happy! We end the day with a dinner party at our friends’ house in the neighborhood. A hard day’s work always needs a good glass (or two) of wine!

It’s coming along nicely. I’m curious how Noah knows how to do this kind of work, since I believe you said this is your first house? I’m very impressed with both of you. You’re getting it done. In French, no less.
Good job. Since she is helping with construction, I guess you will need to start helping in the kitchen and chores once the house is complete.
Jenny will be carrying a fork now just in case 😊
