To Make Double Egg Toast

Egg – 2 Nos
Bread Slice
Oil
Boiled Egg -1 No.
Onion
Green Chilli
Coriander Leaves
Salt
Chilli Powder

method:-

Crack open two eggs in a bowl with a teaspoon of water and a pinch of salt and whisk until fluffy, set it aside.

Prepare a mix of salt and chili powder in a small plate.

Make slits on one boiled egg and roll it in the salt and chilli powder mixture.

Heat oil in a small pan on low flame, dab little oil on the sides.

Pour in the egg mixture, place the spiced boiled egg in the center.

Sprinkle finely chopped onions, green chilies, coriander leaves, salt, and chili powder over it.

Top with a cheese slice, then a bread slice trimmed to fit the pan; press gently.

Cook for 2 minutes until edges set, release sides with a spatula.

Turn off the stove and flip onto a plate.

Place it again on the pan, with the boiled egg-side down, and cook another 2 minutes until golden and crisp.

Release edges and remove it from the pan.

Garnish with extra chopped onions and coriander.

Slice into quarters and serve hot.
