Hi! Here Im using pre sweetened whipping cream, so Im adding just a little sugar, about 40 to 50 grams, or even less, depending on your taste.

For the caramel, I dont have a torch, so one option is to make a liquid caramel and pour it over the creme brulee.

Another option is to sprinkle some sugar on top of the creme brulee, then use a pre heated spoon pressed onto the sugar. Make sure the spoon is really hot. Pick a spoon you dont mind ruining, because it will definitely blacken and get damaged.
