Dump it, shred it, devour it. This French Onion Shredded Beef is your new meal prep hero. 🧅🔥
Here’s how to make it:
• Season 2–3 lb London broil with garlic powder, onion powder & garlic salt. Add one 32 oz container of beef bone broth.
• Cook on LOW (4–5 hrs) or HIGH (2–3 hrs) until almost tender
• Add: 1 sliced onion, 1 can French onion soup, 1 packet French onion soup mix, and 1 large package sliced cremini mushrooms
• Cook 1 more hour until veggies are done
• Shred the beef, ditch the fatty nasty pieces and stir it all back in
• Let it cool slightly, then stir in ½ cup plain Greek yogurt for a creamy protein boost (don’t skip it 👀)
Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, noodles—or tear into it with crusty bread.
Big flavor. Barely any work.

Why do you need yoghurt for protein? What do you think the meat is? Absolutely gross using a packet of Lipton desicated junk and a can of what is mostly soy sauce (yup read that label) . So many better options
mmm diarrhea 🤤🤤🤤
