With a single cup of Greek yogurt and a handful of Biscoff cookies, you could be enjoying your very own cheesecake (according to the internet at least.) In this video, Natalie and Nicole taste test the viral recipe for two-ingredient Japanese cheesecake! The cookies soften in the yogurt overnight, giving them a pie crust-like texture and a tangy sweetness.

  5. Firstly, you have to do it with a thick Greek yogurt like a the “honey” Greek yogurt from Costco that already tastes like “Cheesecake”. And second, why wouldn’t you do this like Carlota de Limon, to make it look like an actually dessert? You know, like an icebox cake?😊 It is great to know that Biscoff cookies soften in moisture like Maria biscuits do.❤

  8. Oh for goodness sake, can we have enough of this ridiculous viral stuff? You're too old to be doing this. 1. It's not Japanese. 2. It's not cheesecake. 3. Never in the history of mankind have we had an entire generation and their bored moms recording themselves doing absolutely nothing of value. Grow up!

  9. Simple Mills makes these almond flour triangle cookies that would work and they are not as calorie as the biscotti.
