Be a fun-guy or gal and make this French Onion Stuffed Mushroom Dip! 🍄‍🟫 🔥

Ingredients:
– 1 packet Dan-O’s French Onion Dip
– 8 oz whole baby bella mushrooms
– 1 tbsp butter
– 1 tbsp minced garlic
– 8 oz softened cream cheese
– 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
– 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese, split into 2 half-cups

Instructions:
– Pull that cream cheese out of the fridge and let it hang out on the counter. You want it nice and soft for later.
– Preheat oven to 350°F.
– Rinse those mushrooms and remove the stems. Slice them up, not too thin or crush them with a meat chopper.
– Grab yourself a cast-iron skillet and set it over medium-low heat. Add 1 tbsp butter and when melted, mix in the garlic and the mushrooms, stirring occasionally until they’re just starting to soften, about 5 minutes. Then turn the heat off and let the mushrooms and that skillet cool down a bit. Hot skillet plus cheese is not what we want right now.
– While that’s cooling, grab a small bowl. Add your softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, one packet of Dan-O’s French Onion Dip, and half a cup of the shredded parmesan cheese. Mix it up until it’s smooth and creamy.
– Now take that cheese mixture and fold it right into those cooked mushrooms. Get it all mixed together nice and even. Once that’s done, sprinkle the remaining half cup of Parmesan right over the top. Place the skillet in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
– After that, crank the oven up to broil and let it go for about 5 minutes, or until that parmesan is golden, bubbly, and looking downright Dantastic.
– Carefully pull it out of the oven — that skillet is hot, my friends — and serve it up with your favorite crackers, some crunchy bread, or a pile of veggies.
