But I recently discovered that mutton roast in the cooker is freaking delicious. We have access to really affordable mutton and pulled sandwiches have become a summer favourite

Great recipes, as usual. I don’t buy beef anymore, so I wonder how the carne asada recipe would taste using pork loin instead. I’m gonna try it.

I would suggest for anyone making the recipes with the soups, wait till the end to add salt. Those cans of soup have so much salt in them already, so if you are someone who either has to limit salt for blood pressure, or just don't like things to be overly salty, wait to add salt. It might not need any at all. Also, thank you for not showing your children's faces. It's so important these days to take safety seriously. ❤❤

I have never heard of a chuck tender roast.
To make it easy ti shredded always cut the meat or chicken in cubes,and also absorve the flavor much better!
