Orange possets🍊
This cute French dessert comes together in 20 minutes and if you love creamy desserts- this is a must try!🧡

Ingredients:

• Fresh cream- 250 mL (one pack)
• ⁠Sugar- 60 gm (1/4 cup + 1 tbsp)
• ⁠Zest- of half orange (not more!)
• ⁠Orange juice- 60 mL (1/4 cup)
• ⁠Lemon juice- 2 tsp🍋

Method:

• Take out the zest of a clean orange and rub it well with the sugar.
• ⁠Add this sugar to a pan along with fresh cream.
• ⁠Heat this mixture on medium flame while mixing continuously- cream burns fast so be careful!
• ⁠We don’t want to boil the cream so just as you see that it’s hot enough (flames are coming out), take it off the flame.
• ⁠Add in orange juice and lemon juice. Mix and this will magically thicken up!
• ⁠Pour and set in orange peels or any bowl you want!
• ⁠Set in the fridge for 3-4 hours and enjoy!🫶🏻
