🧺 Ingredients
• 180 g all-purpose flour
• 125 g sugar
• 150 g salted butter (softened)
• 4 eggs
• ½ packet baking powder
• 3 organic lemons (zest + juice)
• 100 g powdered sugar

👩🍳 Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F).
2. Cream the soft butter with sugar.
3. Add eggs one at a time.
4. Mix in flour, baking powder, and lemon zest.
5. Pour into a greased loaf pan.
6. Bake for 50–55 minutes until cooked through.
7. Mix lemon juice with powdered sugar to make a syrup.
8. Pour the syrup over the warm cake and let it soak in.
💡 Tip: The cake gets even softer after resting for a few hours.
