I had so much fun making this beautiful Ratatouille! 🍆🍅🥒 A simple, fresh veggie dish that looks fancy but is totally doable at home. Layered, baked, and full of flavor, it’s vegetarian, vegan, and perfect as a side or just eat it straight from the pan, I won’t judge 😏

Originally a humble dish from Nice, France, made to use up all the ripe vegetables at once, it’s now a French classic and even went global thanks to the Disney movie. Fun to make, fun to eat, and honestly, it tastes as good as it looks!
