6 eggs
240ml Whole Milk
120ml Double Cream
2 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
Cinnamon and Nutmeg (I didn’t measure)
Pinch of salt

Whisk together ingredients in a bowl

8 slices Brioche bread (cut into triangles)

Dunk slices in custard and in a baking dish lay with point up in a cool pattern

Pour rest of the custard over the top, cover with foil and chill in the fridge until ready to bake, then bake at 170C/350F for 30min

2 tbsp Butter, melted
1 tbsp sugar mixed with 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Remove the foil, pour over butter and then sprinkle over sugar. Bake for a further 10-12 min

Top with berries and icing sugar and enjoy!
