  1. Yesss! My new years resolution was going NonUPF as much as possible… cant wait to try these recipes, looks delish!

  2. Amazing. Thank you so much. My little girl is allergic to chickpea and anaphylactic to sesame so the hummus is a no go for us. Anyone know of any alternative healthy dips to try?

  3. Love it, all looks amazing 😍 we are a vegan family so it's nice to get ideas of things to make! ❤

  4. Loved this video, thank you for sharing. Just went so fast though, maybe needs a few pauses between recipes so it's not all blended.

  5. I'm not sure why ppl find it difficult but maybe it's different to me because I was raised on food made from scratch by my mum for all 9 of us
I always cook from scratch mainly for that simple reason that u always pay more for ready or half ready stuff , I always say you pay for laziness and amount of preservatives is shocking
I love this video and I think it is inspiring , well done ❤

  6. It’s not quite right to say that things like the chillies are fermented and therefore good for your gut, because they’ve then been pasteurised in order to give them an extended shelf life and that kills any bacteria that would be beneficial. Anything that can be bought off a shelf rather than from the fridge is never going to be what you’re looking for, including tins or jars of sauerkraut and any kind of pickled vegetables. (It doesn’t, however, alter the fact that it’s still good to eat these things rather than nothing at all.)

  7. I love this all in theory. But do your children really eat it? The only dish my 6 and 4 year old would eat is the spag bol. My 4 yo wouldn't even eat the lasagne! I'm finding mealtimes an absolute nightmare at the moment. They both refused a kids fish pie meal today so ended up with toast. I dream of them eating hummus! Your kids palettes are amazing.

  8. Please drain and rinse your pulses. The liquid they're in can cause bloating especially that you mentioned about gut health. I noticed you just poured in the lentils from the can. Rinse with water until the bubbles are gone and water runs clear
