Pronounced ‘Oh-neh’. One means earth or soil The soils formed over millennia nourished by the Kaikoura ranges and carried to Whenua Awa by the braided Awatere River make our vineyard unique.
The One icon — the maunga, mountain holding our koru — symbolises growth grounded in permanence and stability.

Elegant and finely structured, this Pinot Noir offers bright bramble, dried herbs and earthy notes, with dark berry, red plum and subtle smoky oak on
the palate. Silky tannins carry the wine to a long, lingering finish.
Nurtured with a light touch in the vineyard, the hand-harvested fruit is fermented with indigenous yeasts, then aged in French oak in our Pinot dedicated barrel cellar. This Pinot Noir reflects depth, balance,
and the character of One — our precious land.
