• 2 chicken breasts
• 1 onion
• 10 unpeeled garlic cloves
• 150 ml white wine
• 1 L (4 cups) of fresh cream
• 100g (3.55 oz) of butter

• White button mushrooms, or any wild mushrooms of your choice
