🧂 Ingredients
100 g powdered sugar
75 g soft unsalted butter
140 g almond powder
2 eggs
1 tsp almond extract
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 puff pastry sheets
1 egg yolk (for brushing)
1 fève (optional)

🍳 Instructions
1- Mix almond powder, sugar, butter, eggs, almond extract, and vanilla.
2- Place one puff pastry in a pie dish and pierce with a fork.
3- Spread filling evenly with a spatula. Insert the fève.
4- Cover with second pastry, seal edges, and trim excess.
5- Score the top decoratively and brush with egg yolk.
6- Bake at 395°F (200°C) for 30–35 minutes, until golden.
7- Serve slightly warm. Whoever finds the fève is king or queen 👑

  1. I had short supply of almonds so I had improvise and use wheat 🌾 flour + cashew paste mix instead ,
    Texture was perfect though !
