  1. Bonjour from Paris😀Hope you're doing well! Happy to have you here in my kitchen today! Tell me below: what’s your go-to meal prep lately?

  2. What a lovely Sunday. There is an exhibition on Marie Antoinette at the V&A here in London that I hope to get to in the coming weeks. Have a lovely week x

  3. Oh ! Un dimanche splendide, félicitations ! J'adore Paris, le Louvre et… la blanquette. Merci beaucoup pour cette vidéo. Bonne soirée!🙂

  4. I always enjoy seeing the vibrant and delicious looking meals that you create. The glimpses of life in Paris are a delightful bonus.
Here in Minnesota it is 8 degrees Celsius today so stews and soup are on the menu.

  5. Bonjour from Nevada USA🩵

I really enjoy your videos and love your recipes. I would like to know how you store your vegetables in the refrigerator? Or do you leave them out on the counter such as carrots, leeks, and such like that

  6. Hello from Nevada USA
I am enjoying your videos and your recipes .

I have a question please, how do you store your vegetables in the refrigerator such as carrots or leeks or do you just leave them on the counter?
If you store them in the refrigerator and they come in a paper bag, do you just keep them in the paper bag in the refrigerator or do you take them out and put them in plastic or a bowl or something like that?

    Bisous

  8. Hi! Delicious meal prep. I have a question about dairy in France. I notice that, as a whole, the French diet includes a lot of dairy items. I personally enjoy consuming dairy, but I have some sensitivity to it. I know in many parts of the world people have issues with lactose intolerance or sensitivity. I'm curious, maybe you can tell me, what makes dairy less of a problem for people in France?

  9. Thank you for taking us along on your visit to the Louvre and experiencing some of the magic of your beautiful Paris! The stew looks delicious and easy to prepare. 👏❤️

  10. Beautiful Paris thanks for taking us along. I think this is the first time we seen you eat in a restaurant. All of the dishes looked amazing.

  11. Love your videos and your no fuss cooking….not exotic just practical. It’s how I cook and love your ideas too. Love the markets and to see your prices. I’m in Paris for a month in Sept 26 and can’t wait…

  12. Hi🤗

Love ur vids & learnt so much in the year I've been watching.

Can i ask – How much meat was used & how many meals did this make? I'm going to give it a try in the new year😋

I now do the french style oven chicken as another regular recipe as its very different style off cooking from my Caribbean chicken

I love seeing Paris too – what a bonus 🇫🇷🗼🏛💒🕍🙏🏽

  13. Hi – Another Question for you or any subs.

Please can u show or tell how you use any excess hard fat from the meat

How do you store the fat & is it suitable to freeze?

I have recently started to use meat fats instead of throwing away🙏🏽

  14. Since there is a more sympathetic feeling growing towards Marie Antoinette in art, how do the French feel about her? Is she looked at with antipathy or more compassion? I am curious.

  15. The blanquette looks so good!! It looks so tasty and satisfying.
The scenes from the Louvre are dazzling ❤ So much beauty and art and history. I loved seeing Marie- Antoinette’s personal items, what an attractive and colorful figure she still is.
The street scenes of Paris with the pianist and couple kissing were so charming! Romance in the air 🥰

  16. Hi, hope you are keeping well, thank you for showing us the louvre and the shops, hope that you enjoyed your meal out? Thank you😊🙋‍♂️

  17. Once u add the cream to the blanquette I feel it needs mustard or something else to sharpen the flavour. Could also add star anise but I add that in every braise.

  18. I love your videos, mix of destination and food, it's Christmas day in Arizona and I enjoyed your latest video. Oh, and the music is Devine for a cozy time at home!
