    160g Sugar
    100g Water (or until the sugar is just covered)
    200g Double Cream
    125g Butter

  2. I made something like this, it was half a cup of sugar, a little water, and a cup and a half of cream that I added half a cup at a time on low heat so it would mix all the way in. I let it cool overnight and then I whipped it and put it on a buttermilk cake.
