    1 2-3 lb Hall Of Fame Beef Wagyu Chuck Roast
    1 Tbsp Olive Oil (Can skip is roast is thawed)
    1/2 Tbsp Italian Seaosning
    2 Tsp Salt & Pepper
    1 Tsp Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Smoked Paprika
    1 Cup Beef Broth
    4-5 Cloves Garlic
    1/2 Onion
    1 Bay Leaf
    1 Loaf French Bread, Halved
    2 Tbsp Horseradish Sauce
    1/2 Cup Pepper Jack, Provolone, Or Mozzarella
    1 Cup Au Jus
    Chives For Garnish

    Rub roast with oil and all the seasonings. Sear in a hot skillet until a sear is formed on all sides, about 4 minutes a side. Remove chuck roast and add to crock pot with beef broth, garlic, onion, bay leaf, and drippings from the skillet. Cook on low for 5-6 hours, roast will easily fall apart with fork. For French Bread – Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Take halved French bread, spread horseradish sauce, top with chuck roast, cheese, and bake for 15 minutes. Cut, top with chives, and serve with au jus. Enjoy!
