Can I cook a French onion soup in 30 minutes using an induction hob, a #dji Power 1000 v2 powerbank, and just one pan?
Find out as I swap driving gloves for oven gloves on this, the first of many time saving meal adventures, especially when we head out in the van.
I took my inspiration from a book (Meals on the Move) written by Karen Wright, a former contestant on “The Great British Bake off”.

Hello and welcome! We’re Cath and Mick – two brand-new retirees hitting the open road in our trusty 2009 motorhome.
After four happy years as wardens at Riverside Meadows Holiday Park in Ripon, we’ve hung up the keys and are ready for adventure! We’ll be exploring the very best of the UK and Europe, splitting our time between our home base in beautiful Ripon, North Yorkshire, and our little apartment in Ciudad Quesada, Rojales, Spain.
Expect laid-back travel vlogs, costings, campsite reviews, motorhome life, stunning scenery, the odd mishap (and plenty of laughs) as we discover new places and revisit old favourites on a small retirement budget.
If you enjoy real, down-to-earth adventures with a retired couple who are making the most of every moment, come along for the ride!
