Animal Style Fries have become a staple of the In-N-Out Burger chain! Coming from the unusual order of some regulars in Baldwin Park, California, the (not so secret) secret menu option, Animal Style Fries come with two slices of melted cheese, thousand island sauce and grilled onions on top to create the most OUTRAGEOUS Fries!
Ingredients:
1kg or 4 large potatoes, peeled
2 large onions, chopped
1 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp butter
Vegetable oil, for frying
100g Mayonnaise
25g Ketchup
1 tsp mustard
4tbsp Cucumber relish
8 american cheese slices
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
