Anyone with real class would deem these bourgeoisie rules absurd. The real toffs would pick it up and eat it. They just don't care what the plebs think of the juice running down their chins. Only the middle-class climbers and bounders are so insecure as to fall for this nonsense. Absurd
Recently I attended a Gala Dinner where security was tight n the VVIP guest-of-honour brought his own team of body guards. I don't think they would serve an unpeeled orange with a sharp knife provided to each diner, which would keep the security people on high alert all evening.
If the VVIP guest was not present, and unpeeled orange n sharp knife were present, it is okay for guests to discreetly ask the waiter to pack discreetly what is not eaten yet can be packed for the guest to take home to eat the way the guest wants to eat the item(s). We don't believe in wasting good food that we already paid for.
NO No No this is not howyou eat an orange. In Malaysia we are equiped with vastly superor tools known as hands. Maybe the brits need to leave their island again to discover some culture HUAHuAHuAHuA
I love all the lovely foo foo here, but it’s an awful lot of really unnecessary work, work that actually distances one from the simple joy of eating an orange.
I am not eating at any place where I have to be dressed in a jacket and tie, pay jacket and tie prices to eat there and they don't even bother to peel and cut my fruits for me. Thank you. Serving a guest an unpeeled fruit is absolutely barbaric. Even the cultures that traditionally don't use cutlery will have the courtesy and manners to serve cut fruits. What other complicated, unmanageable fruit will this host serve? A whole pomegranate? A watermelon? A pineapple? At this point just tell me how i can say "no thank you" politely. Better yet, help me plan revenge. A host who serves you this, doesn't really want to host you.
An Edna Ferber character once said: "New Year's Eves are like oranges; you have to let go of your dignity to really enjoy them." When it comes to oranges, let's ALL let go of our dignity, because this method is ridiculous!
My mother didn’t teach me much, but table manners were ingrained! I must have missed etiquette 101. Is there an invisible line delineating “the discard section of the plate”?
You would get beat up if you did this in my house by our entire family. We're not violent either so think about that lol. I'm just kidding clearly. I'm enjoying watching your videos.

I think its sarcasm ain't no way a host is giving their guest a whole unpeeled orange 😂
I'd have finished whole 3 oranges by the time you're scoring your first slice
Sir … Aku takut jeruknya malah mencolot, ngglundung ke pangkuan orang sebelah atau ke lantai bikin malu 😅 Aku pilih pakai tangan aja.😂
Please tell me you are kidding or that I am hallucinating this
I can’t sleep at night otherwise

Bugger that !!!! Just don’t eat oranges in company
Scoring the skin might work but only with a firm grip on the orange.
Funny guy but this ridiculous idiotic way to peel oranges
This does not feel like the right way to eat an orange
This is so relaxing 😌
I just bite it like an apple whilst singing under the shower, but I enjoy life.
If some dastardly duke invites me for lunch and they serve an orange I'm declaring war right there and then
Please don’t let me ever encounter this problem
I shall henceforth look with disgust at any barbarian peeling an orange with their fingers.
Next time….How to formally eat a Toffee apple.
wow so elegant
British comedy at its best
Bro you are just using tissues to clean your ass and now you are showing us how to eat orange 😅😅😅

That's not a sharp knife.
Oh just give me an orange juice.
Who the hell serves unpeeled oranges. Lol.
Option 2: stand up from your chair without saying a word, and exit the building.
How do you cut your balls off using a butter knife? Because eating an orange like this this_ prissy, unnecessarily fussy, its so damn emasculating.
Lowkey not gonna lie for fun i tried it and it actually helped me out lol😊

Surgery training course for medical students
The sharp knife you use: Is that a butter knife?
Everyone's trolling him on his own channel.😂

If you have so much etiquette, class
And money you will not be doing this yourself your servant will
Im Britain we dont do that
The like is 6.7k so 67!
If I wanted to see a man eat an orange, I would have taken the orange-eating class!

When was the last time anyone was served an unpeeled orange as course at a 'formal dinner'?
Perhaps he can also tell us how to eat an unopened coconut at a formal banquet.

Poor orange is molested in the name of etiquette

Oy. Nobody pops an orange on your plate at a formal event. That is ridiculous. You may have good manners but your host doesn't.
or just.. peel the orange
ik sometimes i just cannot figure out if he is serious or not
