Necessary materials:

For Craquelin:

– 60g butter
– 50g granulated sugar
– 60g flour
(freezer 20 minutes)

For the Choux Dough:

– 130 ml of water
– 60g butter
– 1 pinch of salt
– 50 g of flour
– 20g starch
– 1 teaspoon of baking powder
– 2 eggs (m)
(190 degrees 20 min)

For the Cream:

– pastry cream
-1.5 cups whipped cream

    💥PS : pour la cuisson de vos choux , n'oubliez surtout pas de laisser le four entrouvers avec une cuillère en bois où tout autres… durants toute la cuissons . 💙 👏😘 🙏🤝🌹🕊️ 👼 💫 PS 2 : Ah … j'avais oublié de préciser qu'il faut mettre du beurres ( rondelles ) congelés sûr votre pâte à choux avant d'enfourner !. 😘🌈💙🕊️👼🌾😇👋

    2 egg ,half cup all purpose flour,
    4 table spoon oil ,water according to all purpose flour, means ,, water quantity same as all purpose flour
