Ardent (Paris):
-It’s the sister restaurant of Bien Elevé, which has been one of your favorites (I receive at least a message a week thanking me for the recommendation lol).
-They make everything on an open flame grill
-Their meats are incredible because they source everything from their partner farm
-Loved the team (great vibes, great recommendations)

Went tonight based on this video. No asparagus or marrow on the menu, but my wife and I both had the meat dish. It was delicious!
