When will people get through their heads that food will always taste different in different areas and altitudes. Even if you're using the same ingredients and measurements
I still don’t get why any food that you put caviar or truffles on top automatically makes it aMaZinG. Making it very expensive doesn’t mean its the best
I would have thought this type of miniscule pretentious food would have lost trendiness by now. I was wrong, but P.T. Barnum is still correct all these years later.
I ate Heat two months ago and don’t listen to everyone in here. This was one of the best meals I have ever eaten and was so full I could barely walk afterward. The staff was amazing and this was the “grilled cheese” was amazingly savory and complex and creeeeaaammmmy.

Big whooop!
Just because it looks fancy does not mean that it is good
The size of that … wth! It’s a one bite thing .. and they serve you one .. give me the whole toast. That’s no sandwich
That’s nothing. 20 years in the can. We ate grilled cheese off the radiatah. It was to die for.
I mean I'm sure it's great, but I kinda feel like anyone could make that if they didn't care about it being millimeter perfect.
Gotta watch your cholesterol after that one, fellow old people
Everything about precision.. precision to 10th of the gram shi…
Ok, that will be 10k sir.
That would be $100 please 😂

Rich people taste lol 😂

Well, now I'm going to figure out how to toast egg yolks.
This high quality Michelin dish was made using plastic disposable spoons ✨
I think for the first time in my life- this looks disgusting.
A "toasted" dried out dense egg yolk on top of a sweet rolled flat and dense bread with green fishy eggs- YUK!
Saw on gugga food YT channel make this
Cute executive sous chef 👀
Rich people have too much money to spend on this bs
I’m sure it tastes ok. Most people are like, but where’s the rest of it?
Guga did it better

Lmao the best grilled cheese ever because they add caviar? Can’t be serious 🤮
300 bucks in 2 bites
What a joke I’ll take a Popeyes chicken sandwich instead 😂
😋😋😋
“Worlds greatest grilled cheese sandwich”…..has no cheese in it.
Its really nothing special, when I had this I was meh 😔 😕
Gold!
Had this on Sunday night in Philadelphia, was my favorite part of the meal no doubt 👌🏼

Very creative but not for me. I don't like.
I had this for the first time when I went to Jean George for the tasting menu experience.
Later I went to Nougatine, their alacarte sister restaurant to have it again. It was $80 for one piece. Most expensive egg sandwich ever lol.
That course is $78. If you don't have any money take your broke ass home. Don't make fun of a world you don't live in.
Measuring large batch recipes to a tenth of a gram? Oh do shut up…
Caviar on everything is ridiculous. Is the world just full of rich Russian oligarchs? Can't something expensive ever have a different topping?
Laughing my ass off! There is way more to life!
Maybe the best thing I have ever eaten in my entire life. 10/10 no notes.
Looks easy to make. I am gonna try it tomorrow 😄
Toasted egg-yolk. That's a hell of a flex
