  1. I’ve watched probably close to a hundred Mac and cheese recipes… this is the only one I’d want to attempt to make😂 I love onions so much. My only issue is that if I made this, I’d likely be the only one to eat it. Everyone else in my small family of 3 wouldn’t like the onions. I’m still tempted to try 😋

  2. WTF is this, the sauce before the onions looks split and bad. Why make a roux if you aren't making a bechamel?

  3. I'm so trying this. (Also you can speed up caramelizing onions by using the In&Out burger method lots of online tutorials)
