📍 Per Se in New York City – one of the most famous French restaurants in the world. From the moment I sat down, the luxury flex began. The chef sent out complimentary bites, the service was pristine, and the menu? A lineup of some of the most refined dishes money can buy.

Here’s what hit the table:
🥣 Summer Squash Velouté – aka cold soup… y’all already know how I feel about that.
🦪 Oysters & Pearls – butter-poached oysters topped with salty caviar perfection (9.88/10).
🥚 Egg Custard with Parmesan Sauce & Potato Chip – looked fancy, but smelled funky.
🥗 Fairy Tale Eggplant Salad with Dutch Crunch Cornbread & Vermont Butter – a falafel-style remix that actually slapped.
🐟 Butter-Poached Salmon & Atlantic Cod – some of the best fish I’ve ever had.
🦞 Butter-Poached Maine Lobster Tail – melt-in-your-mouth luxury, with a spicy kick.
🍗 Poulet (French-style Chicken) – tender and juicy, simple but elegant.
🥩 Wagyu Beef – rich, buttery, and absolutely next-level after I sent back the underwhelming lamb.
🥔 Double-Fried Fingerling Potatoes – crunchy, creamy, perfection.
🍩🍫 Desserts – from chocolate & fruit to ice cream and donuts that put Krispy Kreme to shame.

Between the flawless service, the insane dishes, and Chef Chad making sure everything came out perfect (👀 ladies, he might be single), this was a dining experience on another level.

  8. Respect man. U kept it reap. I think whenever there is a huge hype for restaurants one might have unrealistic expectations. Michellin star restaurants are for certain type of people. I personally would prefer like a bbq place or a steak place
