  2. Cooking one tonight but my mom’s recipe~ stuff with large chopped onion, chopped salty fat pork meat (salty fatback?) & red pepper flakes, rub outside with oil & season to taste, lemon pepper is delish on it. The Gravy it makes is sooo good over rice! Yours sounds good too!

  3. Once I realized how easy it was to roast a chicken, that Costco rotisserie NEVER tasted good to me again. Even though it takes long in the oven I just try to stick to organic so it’s a smaller bird that simply cooks faster.

  6. The whole chicken was $5 while chicken breast were $11. Im gonna cook the whole chicken, have chicken for din din one night and chicken soup a couple days later!! Heck yeah
