Why did I think this was Indian the entire time?
I like a brown sauce not a cream sauce
When you mix in cream it ruins the dish

Marsala doesnt call for cream
Make sure you cook the chicken to 158 before bc u dont want to have to re do it in the sauce. you will boil donwn the sauce trying to cook it to safe temp

I was trying to find a really good vegan chicken marsala and then I stumbled upon this page and although not vegan, I can totally make it vegan by using vegetable broth and coconut milk, and some vegan chicken, which is pretty darn good and just add some vegetables on the side! Thanks for the recipe !
