super clear that Eric Huang is a fkn food whisperer.
dont like what wolfgang did with cutting board quite gross.
That's a crazy different goulash. I need to look into that.
But pho, really?
not cast iron but carbon steel
Auntie Esther's kimchi jjigae looks so good. I loved it when she mentioned MSG.
Esther choi never disappoint you. after i saw her destroying Iron Chef competitors she doesn't play game in the kitchen
I feel bad for the dishwasher at the french onion place scrubbing those must be a nightmare
@1330 Canola Oil is poison.
I love sir Chef Wolfgang Puck…he's my favorite celebrity chef. I've been to a few of his restaurants but more than the food I love his enthusiasm for food and life. He resonates an indomitable spirit and I hope that his son will make strides as a restauranteur as well. Thank you for the vid.
I get a little suspect when ole Dan ain't trying some of the soups…🤔
🍲 "Soup"ER"😂🎉….. ¥£$
Dont get me wrong the thai soup is good but i kno theres better thai soup than that….thats just me 😅
I KNOW that tom yum was slapping.
"The best he has ever had" is on every dish.
I need to borrow their staff if I am to make any of these soups!😃
Typically, I would be a little confused about butter in the jjigae, but I am curious now.
I hate to say that, because I'm Hungarian and a foodie, but this is the WORST "goulash" I have ever seen in my 51 years. Where is the caraway seed, where is the pepper, where is the carrot, parsley root, potato and just to name a few ingredients? The meat also needs to be cut up into bite size pieces and the onion's function in this dish is not to bite on the onion but to flavor and thicken the broth therefore it's always needs to be cut as small as possible. Come to my house, and I promise you you will have the best gulyas soup ever.
Fun Fact: Sriracha is not used as a condiment with Pho in Vietnam.
no more esther, she cooks the same shiet all the time get her lame ass out of here
Kimchi jjigae, rice…. Last meal for sure. Butter and eating with Chinese soup spoon though???
The pho soup is my favorite. But all of the other soups are divine too.
That French Onion soup at the end is world class!!! I want the recipe.
Few ingredients? She used FIVE different kinds of fish sauce. And it doesn't take 15 minutes to make it, when it has to simmer for 15 minutes. Korean food is overrated. It is a hype. If you go to Korea, you will get ketchup and mayo on EVERYTHING. Just because it is trendy, doesn't mean that it is good. Even Korean rice is trendy. It is completely madness. You get the same rice in any country here in Asia. So, you get the same quality for a much cheaper price.
No Ramen?
Look, nothing against you but that opening statement is something else 😩
Food code violation 6:40, used a red cutting board to cut a vegetable. Cross-contamination too
The only soup I will make is the Borscht soup. Everything else will stink up my house for days!! Also, I want to buy the wooden spoon in the Onion Soup segment.
I thought you’re not supposed to add condiments directly to the soup. Typically the sauces are on the side for dipping the meat.
Hot take : pho is just another name for beef stew.. let’s argue 😂
That kimchi-jjigae looks so good, but I did laugh when she said something like: this takes 15 min, start with this kimchi that takes a year to make!
this might be one of the best videos..
I'll always be tickled pink by the way Wolfgang puck says "vegetables"
Sad there was no tomato soup of any kind
"thyme is very strong" is the whitest thing ive ever heard
I see Esther and Wolfgang, it's an auto watch for me!!!
The kimchi & the Tom yum were my favorite. I live in NJ so i really wanna go to the Moxy Bar. Esther Choi is the bomb!
I love soup!!!! Tom Yum, any noodle soup and of course lobster bisque but who the hell in Trump Era can afford that??!!!!
bruh… the way he just grabs the live lobster and fucking splits it in half like that… felt like that shit needed to be censored 🤣wtf
Love the Borscht and the style of the restaurant it was made in, wouldnt have expected this crossover of impressions
seeing both chef Esther Choi and and Eric Huang in a video that isn't by epicurious is kind of weird to me
I was having dinner at Wolfgang Puck’s Bar and Grill in Orlando. I was looking around and all the sudden there he was the man himself. I had a great conversation with him and he even took a phone call and came back to me and finished our conversation. Such a great friendly guy and if you go to Walt Disney World go to Disney Springs and have dinner at Wolfgang’s you have to get the bruschetta and the salmon pizza and the gelato mmmmmm my mouth is watering.
That’s not Hungarian goulash. It’s an abomination mix of different types of goulash plus paprikash and something else. 🫣 Any Nagy-mama would take out wooden spoon to readjust his trousers 😂
sorry thats not Gulyas !! its just a version of your imagination recipe
Ahhh Auntie Esther!
Haiyaaaa
that kimchi jjigae looks bomb. i can smell it through the internet.
Hiyaaa
