  1. Did you clean up the dripping neutral glaze on those lemon tarts? It seems odd that there would be beautiful tarts in a case with dripping glaze that I'm guessing you cleaned up and made beautiful? I'm glad you're doing great! Love your content! You're going to do amazing things and be an amazing pastry chef!

  3. you’re allowed to leave the kitchen with your coat on? my friend who works for a pastry chef couldn’t go outside and then back in the kitchen with the same white coat on bc of potential cross-contamination while cooking

I'm in awe just imagining how much effort it takes to get up early in the morning and the responsibility, and amount of self-discipline, logic that running a pastry shop in Paris entails. Thrilling and scary at the same time! I wouldn't get hired in the first place, let alone fired! 😂
