what is with these education programs for pratical skills having a written portion, i get it. you need to know chef places, dishes, temps, health and saftey but i think that could all be a verbal exam?
its like art. most of the best artist arent the ones who write down the most. its the skill in the practice.
not that i am saying its useless. i think its a very creative field on both ends but jeez.. they love making the people who dont want to write, write..
