  1. I recently made chicken au poivre for a party of 8. While I was preparing it 1 of my guests was making fun of me for making "too much food". After dinner there were no leftovers… That's how good this is! 😊❤

  2. I LOVE chicken thighs, best taste and flavour, the brown chicken meat, wings, thighs, and drumsticks, with and without bones and skin, yum,yum.. The breast is great for escalopes and butterfly chicken, as ever , quick cooked.

  3. Not a complaint, Joel, but maybe tips for the new chefs/cooks, some ideas for accompaniments to your wonderful dishes ❤

  4. I love your knife, absolutely brilliant, but for me as a home cook, its a bit out of my price range. I have three or four different knives for my prep etc in the kitchen, but I do keep them sharp, because a sharp knife is a safe knife ❤

  5. I'm glad I'm not a dog, because then I couldn't enjoy your great recipes, Joel, although there is nothing wrong with beef jerky ❤

  6. It's rainy here and the wind is blowing. Nothing could beat French comfort food on a rainy, cold day. I've made your garlic and oregano chicken thighs several times and love it. This will be the next recipe to try. As always, Kenji is beautiful.

  7. I made this today it came beautifully and thank you for presenting it in simple way to do it. I couldn’t use brandy (because my husband is not allowing me to use his bottles for cooking 🙄) , so I put some Kithul treacle. Used thick coconut milk instead of cream.

  8. Added this one to try next week mate, love your work as always.
Any ideas what the first song is? It's relaxing as, cheers mate

  9. Delicious! Good to see your lovingly, carefully made video again. The food looks so good, I’m sure it tastes even more amazing. I’m gonna try this one over this weekend, for my boys.

  10. Delicous, just loved the shot of Kenji with the flames reflecting on the cupboard doors. I have made something similar but no where as good. Thanks for another great vid

  11. Love your work Joel, I've learned so many fantastic recipes from you and look forward to more, thanks mate!
