I recently made chicken au poivre for a party of 8. While I was preparing it 1 of my guests was making fun of me for making "too much food". After dinner there were no leftovers… That's how good this is! 😊❤
You are the best 👍
Thank you
Hi Joel could you please give an alternative to brandy ? Without putting any alcohol I want to make this.

Thank you Chef, for sharing your gift
Buono
I LOVE chicken thighs, best taste and flavour, the brown chicken meat, wings, thighs, and drumsticks, with and without bones and skin, yum,yum.. The breast is great for escalopes and butterfly chicken, as ever , quick cooked.
A fairly, common occurrence over here in the UK, lol
Kenji says, "I'll have the chicken, you have the salt and pepper",😂
Also, Kenji says, you have the garlic too, i might have the butter however 😂
Goodness Joel, brandy is for drinking, 😂
Burning off the alcohol, oh dear 😂
As you can guess, Joel, I'm commenting as i watch ❤
Not a complaint, Joel, but maybe tips for the new chefs/cooks, some ideas for accompaniments to your wonderful dishes ❤
I love your knife, absolutely brilliant, but for me as a home cook, its a bit out of my price range. I have three or four different knives for my prep etc in the kitchen, but I do keep them sharp, because a sharp knife is a safe knife ❤
I'm glad I'm not a dog, because then I couldn't enjoy your great recipes, Joel, although there is nothing wrong with beef jerky ❤
Looks delicious! 😋

Kenji and his buddies at the beach- super cool!
Looks amazing and delicious Kenji wants chicken too 😂
Beautiful video and everything in it. I must try this recipe, French style I have to say. Your dog is adorable. 🥰

Bravo, Sir 👍
6.21 That doesn't taste like pepper chicken man..c'mon, your killin me here…
Exactly what I needed chef, just a cheek! 🧡
It's rainy here and the wind is blowing. Nothing could beat French comfort food on a rainy, cold day. I've made your garlic and oregano chicken thighs several times and love it. This will be the next recipe to try. As always, Kenji is beautiful.
I will make this tomorrow my friend. Thank you again.
Love the food. ❤Yummy and thanks for sharing the doggie day at the beach❤
I made this today it came beautifully and thank you for presenting it in simple way to do it. I couldn’t use brandy (because my husband is not allowing me to use his bottles for cooking 🙄) , so I put some Kithul treacle. Used thick coconut milk instead of cream.
I'm coming over for dinner. I'll bring a beautiful wine to share! Warm greetings from Australia 🦘
Added this one to try next week mate, love your work as always.
Any ideas what the first song is? It's relaxing as, cheers mate
does it need to be boneless thighs?
The lemon 🍋🍋🍋it’s a good one cos it spins 🤣😊
Delicious! Good to see your lovingly, carefully made video again. The food looks so good, I’m sure it tastes even more amazing. I’m gonna try this one over this weekend, for my boys.
Delicous, just loved the shot of Kenji with the flames reflecting on the cupboard doors. I have made something similar but no where as good. Thanks for another great vid
Love your work Joel, I've learned so many fantastic recipes from you and look forward to more, thanks mate!
