Pumpkin Custard
Ingredients:
28 oz pumpkin (canned not the pie mix)
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar
2 1/2 cups heavy cream
4 large eggs
2 egg yolks
1 TBSP Selefina pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 tsp kosher salt
Method:
Whisk it all together and you are good to go. This is the custard base for your pumpkin pie or related and I will be sharing how to take this basic custard and turn into creme brulee, french toast, pancakes and more.
