  4. As a Dauphinois myself (a Dauphinois human, not a Dauphinois dish, I'm from Dauphiné too but unfortunately I'm not made out of garlic and potatoes…), I can't wait to try this veganised gratin dauphinois with all the original twists you added to it !

  6. Love love love this recipe, I make this a lot, I'm not a lover of mash potatoes, or just boiled, but I love a dauphinois dish, it's pretty versatile and I like to switch it up with other stuff.   8. ohh yum!! this used to be one of my favorite dishes my mum would make for us. Here in Switzerland it is a very popular recipe and problably also very "swissified" hahaha. It is called "Härdöpfelgratin".
