Chocolate Gift Hamper
Ingredient
Egg 1 piece
Sugar 130 grams
Flour 113 grams
Yogurt 65 grams
Oil 65 grams
Baking powder 3 grams
Baking soda 3 grams
Cocoa powder 20 grams
Water 80 grams
Whipy whip cream as required
White fondant dressing as required
Golden dust as required

For Garnish
Ingredient
Milk powder 100 grams
Dark chocolate 120 grams
Method
First, whisk together egg, sugar, yogurt, and oil. Then add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cocoa powder, and mix well. Add water and pour the batter into a 7-inch mould. Bake at 150°C for 30 minutes.
Next, mix ganache with Whipy whip cream to make chocolate cream. Cover the whole cake with this cream and let it chill. Then pour the remaining ganache over the top. Finally, shape the white fondant dressing like a gift hamper and finish it with golden dust.

Red color sponge as required
Milk 100 millilitre
Sugar 50 grams
Egg yolks 2 pieces
Gelatin powder 7 grams
Condensed milk 30 grams
Whipy whip cream 150 millilitre
Vanilla essence few drops
Method
Add sugar to milk and bring it to a light boil. Then add egg yolks, gelatin powder, and condensed milk. Whip the Whipy whip cream slightly and mix it in, followed by vanilla essence. Prepare the mixture well.
In a rectangular mould, place a layer of red sponge at the bottom and pour the prepared mixture over it. Add another layer of red sponge on top and place it in the freezer for about 3 hours. Once set, cut into rectangular pieces, decorate, and serve.
