Our Wine Buff Mindy Joyce is tasting the 2012 white Chateau Haut Selve, Graves, from the 2013 Today’s Bordeaux selection.
A refreshing, crisp wine with a round texture and a lush palate containing floral notes and hints of honey, mineral, tropical fruit, almond and apple.
This wine pairs well with: Cheese Plate, Chicken Liver Mousse, Gnocchi, Grilled Scallops, Oysters, Rillettes, Seafood, Shellfish

50% Sauvignon Blanc, 40% Sémillon, 10% Sauvignon Gris
