APPLE ROSES INGREDIENTS:
►1/4 cup granulated sugar
►1 tsp ground cinnamon
►1 lb or 2 sheets of puff pastry
►All-purpose flour, for dusting
►2 medium or 3 small red apples
►Juice of 1 lemon
►4 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted.
►3 Tbsp Apricot preserves or apple jelly
►Powdered sugar, optional for dusting

any suggestions for any other preserve other than apricot that will pair nicely with it? by preserve do you mean jam or it needs to be stronger than jam? Could i use caramel spread?
