  1. It's not called "au jus". au jus if french for "With Juice".
    Everyone calling it ''au jus'' sounds like a moron.

    “Au jus” literally the natural drippings from the meat as it cooks. Also known as Pan Gravy. Not to be confused with regular gravy.

  2. This was the best french onion soup prime rib burger I have ever had….oh wait….I never heard of a place that serves this with tater tots.
