A metallic fork in a non-stick pan…… wow!!
Very interesting video, but watching that metal fork in the non-stick pan was excruciating!
So satisfying to watch! 😊
Mr. Pepin is the gold standard in cooking. I have learned so much watching his PBS shows and now his videos!
J’en ai l’eau à la bouche
using a metal fork with a non stick pan made my teeth bleed ……. shocking ……. no joy from me …… – (((((
Demasiado secas las dos.
I thought you weren't supposed to use a fork on a nonstick pan 😅
Thank you Chef.
The secret ingredient is scraping your non-stick pans with a fork
I was taught the French way when I worked in a restaurant in England.
For me omelette should never be brown creamy and undercooked is always better I would love to try a Japanese omelette
That non stick pan would probably last another week or so the way younuse for and knife to stir stuff.😢😊
JFK asked Pepin to be the White House chef, but he turned it down to go work for Howard Johnson's instead.
A Master at work.
😋👍
I wouldn't let him use my non stick pans. Scratching it with his fork. That poor pan.
He is one of my favorite chefs to watch but OMG with the fork tines on teflon…
that non stick pan is screaming for it's life
So, scrambled eggs?
Thank you. I’ve been doing it all wrong for 50+ years!
Don't use a fork in a pan.
Those poor pans. Seeing him scrape those pans with the fork like that was like nails on a chalkboard 😬
Love it. But I thought an omelet had to have meat and cheese . At least cheese
I love you Jaque. But no meat or cheese, I don't consider it an omlet.
Pepin is a funny name. Peeeeeeeeeeeepin
Thank you, Chef. I have watched this video 20 times at least, and feel so much more confident making omelets for my family.
Just think, if his name was Tom… he’d be a Peepin Tom! 🤣😂🤣😂
His knowledge and generosity of spirit are boundless
