I mean as expensive as this is I see the logic. The cost of this alone is equivalent to a hotel rental or the cost of a lower end TV or computer or similar. If you can afford to get that sort of thing and do actually have some level of disposable income for entertainment then it might very well be worth it to go to said high end restaurant for a one time experience. That said you need to get into the mindset of if a single restaurant outing is comparable in utility to what you coule otherwise buy with that money.
