French toast Recipe:

In a bowl, whisk together:
1 whole egg
50 ml milk
1 scoop salted caramel whey protein
1 tsp sweetener of choice
A pinch of salt

Take 4 slices of whole wheat bread and soak each slice thoroughly in the mixture, making sure both sides are evenly coated.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a small dash of butter — just enough for that buttery flavor.
Cook each slice until golden brown on both sides, about 2–3 minutes per side.

Ganache Recipe:
For the topping, mix together:
15g Lotus Biscoff spread
15g caramel syrup
A pinch of salt

Stir until it becomes a smooth, silky paste.

Stack the toast, drizzle over the Biscoff Caramel Ganache, and enjoy.
