   Definitely tasty looking. 1 suggestion then 1 question.Make your own hot honey. It's cheaper and you control the heat level. Just Google a recipe and play with your ingredients, heat levels and add in and various spices spices like cinnamon or nutmeg curry. Your taste and imagination are limitless, just make sure to bloom your spices for best depth of flavor. Now question those potatoes are awesome looking and I'm sure even better tasting. But how will you clean that baked on hotel pan? Cooking spray but that burned on is also a problem. Wondering if you could line pan with parchment paper or a heavy duty plastic wrap or even foil. Would any of those work and would it actually work? Keep up the Mmm Mmm's
