  1. That's not a ratatouille, that a confit Byaldi. In the movie you will see a ratatouille in the scene where the chef is young and his mom made it. This dish, and the dish that you see in the ratatouille movie at the end is a confit Byaldi, not exactly the same thing.

  2. I like the detail that in the flashback. The critic eats the actual rattatouie (the one in the restaurant was a diffrent version)

  3. I followed the exact recipe to make this during Culinary School. It’s one of the best dishes I’ve ever eaten. I’m not vegetarian… but if I was, I’d eat this everyday.

  5. I eat a ton more vegan/Plantbased recipes in the summertime because I like to feel lighter in the summer and that’s when I said all my winter weight anyway so this would be perfect for that

  6. I couldn't help but laugh at the absurdity of the fact that many initially thought that the sliced vegetables in the ratatouille were colored pepperonis. It's just so… weird for some reason, but I'm not complaining! 😂😂😂

    The dish looks delicious, though, and not to mention, it's incredibly tasty, as I've made it at least 7 times for my family and friends! As a HUGE fan of the 2007 Pixar film, I'd love to make this for my family again. 😊😁
