Salmon Roe Sprats & Eggs Appetizer

Ingredients:

3 hard-boiled eggs

1.5 tbsp mayonnaise

3 minced garlic cloves

French bread slices

1 can sprats (1spart per slice)

Salmon roe (caviar)

Green onions, finely chopped

Instructions:

1. Dice the hard-boiled eggs in a bowl.

2. Add mayonnaise and minced garlic, then mix

3. Spread the egg mixture evenly over slices of French bread.

4. Place one sprat on each slice.

5. Top with a spoonful of salmon roe.

6. Sprinkle with green onions and serve immediately.
