Le meilleur fromage du monde, en tout cas selon moi, c’est le comté, qui peut être affiné de 6 à 36 mois. Je préfère le goût très prononcé du comté de 36 mois, avec ses cristaux de sel qui croquent sous la dent.
Je suis peut-être un peu chauvin, car je suis Jurassien !

I don't know how good of a cook, Fabien is, but I'd love to learn how to make some french sauces, especially some that goes with a good steak.
I'm so tired of Danish brown sauce, and the ones Knorr makes (green packages), taste very "industrial".
